Renée Morgan is the Founder and CEO of Morgan Ranatus, a strategic advisory and business development firm that helps consultants, entrepreneurs, and organizations win high-value contracts, drive operational excellence, and achieve sustainable growth. She leverages deep expertise in contract acquisition, program management, and leadership strategy to deliver measurable results, guiding clients to strengthen capabilities, optimize operations, and achieve lasting business impact.

Prior to founding Morgan Ranatus, Renée built Radient Pearl, a boutique consulting and coaching firm where she developed programs to enhance contract readiness, business positioning, and strategic growth. With 20 years of leadership experience—including serving as Chief of Staff to C-suite executives at Deloitte and managing cross-functional initiatives for federal and local agencies such as NIH, DHS, and the Department of Labor—she has led teams to secure multimillion-dollar contracts, earned the NIH Director’s Honor Award, and is widely recognized for driving organizational transformation and leadership enablement. Renée holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Howard University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Bowie State University, and an Entrepreneurial Essentials Certificate from Harvard Business School.
